- Estate Media Co provides professional real estate photography across the NSW Central Coast, with services extending to surrounding regions upon request. If you're outside the Central Coast, contact us to confirm availability.
- How do I book a real estate photography shoot?
- You can book by phone, SMS, or email, and we'll guide you through the process to ensure the right package for your property. We also offer an easy online booking system for returning clients.
- How far in advance should I book a property shoot?
- We recommend booking as early as possible to allow time for property preparation, staging, and scheduling — especially during busy real estate periods.
- What happens after I book?
- Once booked, you'll receive instant booking confirmation and a reminder SMS 2 hours before your shoot. This ensures everything runs smoothly on the day.
- Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
- Yes. You can reschedule via our booking system. We monitor weather conditions and may suggest rescheduling for best results. Minimum 8 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees.
Delivery & turnaround
- Do you offer next-day delivery?
- Yes. Our photos, floor plans, and Express Video packages are delivered the next day, making us one of the fastest turnaround teams on the Central Coast.
- How fast is delivery for real estate photos and videos?
- Photos & floor plans: delivered by 11am the next day. Property videos: delivered between next day and 3 business days depending on the package.
- Can I get same-day delivery if needed?
- In urgent situations, same-day delivery may be available. Please call us directly to discuss.
Pricing & packages
- How much does real estate photography cost?
- Membership plans, pay-as-you-go rates, credit packs and shoot package pricing are shared with members inside the portal, and we're happy to send a written quote on request. On-site shoots are quoted per property based on size, travel and deliverables.
- What's included in your real estate media packages?
- Our packages can include professional photography, floor plans, property videos, social media reels, drone photography and virtual enhancements.
- Can I customise a package?
- Yes. We offer flexible, custom packages to suit all property types and budgets.
- Are there any additional costs?
- Some services may include add-ons or additional fees. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact us for clarity.
Property preparation
- How should a property be prepared before a photoshoot?
- The property should be clean, decluttered and “inspection ready”. We recommend following our property preparation guide for best results.
- What happens if the property isn't ready?
- If the property is not ready, the shoot may need to be rescheduled and a call-out fee may apply.
- Do you offer styling services?
- We provide light styling adjustments on-site, but for best results we recommend using a professional property stylist.
Real estate photography
- Do you use flash or natural light in your photography?
- We use a combination of flash and ambient light: flash for clean, bright, professional interiors and natural light for exteriors and dusk shots. This approach delivers high-end, consistent results.
- What editing is included in your photography service?
- Our premium editing includes sky replacements and grass enhancement, window masking and colour correction, object removal (bins, cords, small clutter), image sharpening and noise reduction, drone image enhancements, and consistent cropping and professional finishing.
- Can you remove large objects or unwanted items?
- In many cases, yes. Larger edits may depend on complexity — please contact us to discuss.
Floor plans
- Are your floor plans accurate?
- Yes. Every plan is captured using LiDAR scanning technology and verified by our team, delivering consistently precise measurements well within accepted industry tolerance standards.
- Do you include site plans?
- Yes. We provide detailed site plans when required.
- Can you measure sheds, granny flats, and additional structures?
- Yes. We can measure all property structures and amenities, including sheds, cabins, and secondary dwellings.
Property videos
- What types of real estate videos do you offer?
- We provide property walkthrough videos, social media reels, agent profile videos, and corporate and promotional videos.
- What is your Express Video package?
- A 30-second high-impact video, perfect for social media and budget-conscious listings. Delivered next day.
- Do you provide branded and unbranded videos?
- Yes. We can supply both versions if required.
- Do you provide SOLD versions for marketing?
- Yes. We include SOLD reel versions for social media promotion.
Drone photography
- Are you licensed drone operators?
- Yes. We are fully certified under the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), ensuring legal and safe drone operations.
- Are you insured for drone work?
- Yes. We are fully insured, giving clients peace of mind.
- Are there restrictions for drone photography?
- Yes. Drone use depends on weather conditions, airspace regulations and safety requirements. Being CASA-certified allows us greater operational flexibility than unlicensed operators.
- Is drone photography included in your packages?
- Drone photography is included where suitable and beneficial to the listing.
